Privacy note
Short version: we only keep what we need to make your cap and keep you updated.
What we collect
The photo you upload, your size and cap measurements, your name, your phone number, your delivery address, and your email and notes if you add them. If you sign in to track your order, we also use your email address (and, if you choose Google sign-in, the email Google confirms to us). We keep the price quotes we send you and whether you accepted them.
Why
To contact you with a price and delivery time, to make your cap, to let you track your order, and to email you when your quote is ready or your order status changes. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing emails.
Cookies
If you sign in, we set one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 7 days. It is used for nothing else. If the site uses a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to block bots, Cloudflare may set its own cookies for that.
Who can see it
The shop owner, through a login-protected page, and you, for your own orders after you sign in. Your photo is stored privately, not on a public link. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.
Deleting your data
Contact us on the phone number or WhatsApp we used to reach you and ask us to delete your request. We will remove your details, quotes and photo.
